This Forbes piece highlights what I’ve seen firsthand: the real challenge isn’t using AI. It’s getting it to reflect how your team actually sells.
That means:
• Teaching it your GTM strategy and customer journey
• Protecting your voice and tone to maintain customer trust
• Helping reps see it as support, not a replacement
When aligned, AI helps reps focus where it matters: deeper discovery, faster qualification, better engagement.
Otherwise, it’s just more noise in an already crowded funnel.
