A lot of SaaS teams are still running GTM plays that don’t match how people actually buy today.


It’s not just about adding AI or chasing the latest tools. The shift I’m seeing is deeper. More teams are stepping back and asking better questions:


What are we solving for? Who’s the right partner? Where are we wasting effort? Sometimes the answer is a smarter tool. But more often, it’s a clearer strategy and outside perspective. 


This article captures some of what’s changing, especially the move toward customer-fit over feature lists, and the role of automation in freeing up talent for the work that actually moves the needle.
